Schedule Consultation
Persons seeking legal representation with our law firm may schedule a telephonic or in-person consultation with the attorney. In order to do so, we request that you call or email the firm.
The email should contain names and contact information of person/s seeking anew visa, change of status, extension of stay, permanent residence, citizenship or any other immigration service or benefit. If you are an employer, friend, relative or representative of the individual/s seeking immigration benefits, you must provide your full name and contact information to the firm.
Also, please email(info@srvnlaw.com) or email all relevant documents to our office at least 24hours prior to your consultation. All information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be released without your permission.
We will contact you to schedule a consultation shortly after you have submitted the completed form and faxed all relevant documents. The fee for the initial 30 minute consultation is $200.00 and is payable by check. If you retain our services within 7 days of the consultation, we will be happy to credit the entire consultation fee towards the costs of your case.
It is important to note that consultation with our attorney does not establish an ongoing attorney-client relationship.
On the day of telephonic consultation please call the office at the time scheduled. If it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation time to obtain a complete refund.
