Success Stories

Following are examples of some of the recent cases that the law firm has successfully worked on:

  • EB-1 petition approval and green card in less than 4 months for a Post Doc working on advanced technology that would significantly enhance national security.

  • H-1B was approved within two days without a request for evidence. In this case, the client was in the electronics manufacturing industry and they were filing their first H-1B petition.Needless to say, the clients were very pleased about the Firm's handling of the matter and especially the attorney's attention to detail which resulted in the approval of the petition in a record time.

  • H-1B for a start up with no commercial office space at the time of approval where we successfully represented to USCIS that such space was not a regulatory requirement for an H-1B employer.

  • Citizenship was granted on appeal to a person who was accused of lying under oath 4 times. Here, we successfully argued that the underlying conduct was not egregious and the so called lying 4 times was only a series of unintentional mistakes on the part of the applicant. In this case, our firm represented the applicant only on appeal after the citizenship application had been denied after an interview.

  • Citizenship granted on appeal of the denial of an naturalization to an applicant who had made multiple trips to India lasting more than 6 months including one that lasted 8 months.

  • Green Card, i.e., permanent resident status was granted to an elderly couple where there were several inconsistencies in the names and dates on supporting documents.
