USCIS issued an alert that beginning 7/13/15, USCIS will resume accepting Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, for all Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, H-1B extension of stay petitions. If you recall from an earlier newsletter that we sent in May, premium processing had been suspended since 5/26/15 for H-1B extension of stay petitions. USCIS also reiterated that it will still reject any premium processing requests for I-129 H-1B Extension of Stay petitions received prior to 7/13/2015.
